I enjoyed my stay in a clean and well-decorated room that offered comfort throughout. The proximity to attractions made it easy to explore. the shower pressure was inconsistent and could be improved, and I found the breakfast options limited as they needed to be ordered in advance.

Perfect stay for families!
Had a lovely time here! The location was spot-on for exploring the city, super walkable to shops and restaurants. Our room was comfy and just the right size. We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning. They had an awesome outdoor dining area. Just wish the room had better views, but can't complain much!

Recommend for resting at all
Elegant room, comfortable bed, equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment and an electric kettle for tea enjoyment after a day of exploration, conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the bus and main train stations.
Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

Brocks is a real gem! Spotless rooms with comfy beds and fab tea-making facilities (cookies, yes please! ). Plus, the location is spot on—just a stone's throw from delicious spots like Rustico Bistro and The Olive Tree. You can tuck into local delights without wandering far.
The shower can be a bit moody—low pressure and temperamental temperatures. A touch of fresh coffee rather than instant would be a lovely upgrade too!

Brocks has a fantastic location near The Circus and Royal Crescent. I loved the comfortable room with charming decor and well-stocked tea and coffee facilities. The bed felt plush, and the extras like biscuits were a nice touch. Breakfast options were tasty and served in a cozy room. I appreciated the parking pass for city street parking, which made my stay more convenient. the check-in period was brief, making arrival slightly stressful. The lack of an elevator posed a challenge when carrying luggage up narrow stairs. Inconsistent staff presence made me feel a bit isolated. I only encountered them during breakfast. The shower pressure was disappointing, and I wished for a wider selection of breakfast items. Despite these hiccups, I would consider returning for the lovely neighborhood and overall charm.

What I loved most was the cozy atmosphere and charming decor! 😉 The location couldn't be better for exploring the city. Just be careful of the low shower pressure.

The King Room was super comfy with a great bathroom. Everything was really clean, and the bed felt amazing—best sleep! the tea tray was well stocked, which was a nice touch. Only hassle was that the Wi-Fi wasn't working during my stay, and the shower pressure could’ve been better. But other than that, it was a pleasant place to stay in!

Superb location just around the corner from the Royal Crescent and Circus. a pleasant 10-minute walk from the Baths. Free parking permit covering a large area of the city is a nice touch for travelers.
Heating system cranked up too high for comfort. sleeping with the window open in February was less than ideal. The mattress in my room felt sunken in places, which could bother some but didn’t completely ruin my rest. Breakfast was a mixed bag—coffee tasted pretty bad, and I found the orange juice warm and uncovered. Overall cleanliness left something to be desired with carpets needing a good vacuum and some dust accumulation in spots.
